Services
Gullwing provides commercial sweeping, construction dust control, pressure washing, vehicle washing, and construction final cleaning services in the Puget Sound region. Service descriptions on this website are for general informational purposes. Actual service scope, pricing, scheduling, and terms are established through individual service agreements, estimates, or work orders between Gullwing and the client.
Service Agreements and Estimates
All services are subject to a written or verbal service agreement, estimate, or work order. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Pricing is based on the scope described in the estimate and may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from what was described or observed during the initial assessment.
Recurring service agreements may be canceled by either party with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in the service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due net 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with overdue balances.
Scheduling and Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service area. If Gullwing crews arrive at a scheduled service and cannot safely access the work area due to conditions not disclosed at the time of scheduling, a trip charge may apply. Scheduling is subject to crew availability, weather conditions, and equipment requirements.
Emergency and same-day service is available when crew availability and project conditions allow but is not guaranteed.
Site Conditions and Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing known hazards, underground utilities, restricted areas, and any site-specific safety requirements before work begins. Gullwing crews follow OSHA safety standards and may decline to perform work if site conditions present an unreasonable safety risk.
Gullwing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces, structures, or landscaping. Any concerns about existing conditions should be documented before service begins.
Insurance and Liability
Gullwing maintains commercial general liability insurance, auto liability insurance, and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from our services or your use of this website.
Environmental Compliance
Gullwing operates in compliance with applicable environmental regulations, including stormwater management requirements and dust control standards. Clients are responsible for obtaining any permits or approvals required for work on their property. Gullwing will cooperate with permit requirements and provide documentation as needed.
